Reading through this has given me so many ideas for my own upcoming management okr H2 review session.
If I was to think of anything else to add, though this is very comprehensive, i would maybe think of few things which I’ve been trying to find early stage when we implemented okrs for the first time in my company:
- how to get buy-in and training employees on OKRs, especially if it's a new system being implemented.
- how to pitching it to leadership
- should one along compensation and performance reviews to OKRs ?
- any software platforms that can help manage and visualize OKRs across the organization - we use a complex excel template with formulas
- shall we adapt OKRs over time as a company evolves, while transitioning from start-up to scale-up?
