Across multiple tests, my inflammation (CRP) score of 0.13 mg/L consistently registers 85% below the average. I attribute this significant difference to the various aspects of my daily health optimization routine, which includes practices such as fasting or reducing my eating window, following a nutritarian diet, engaging in ice plunges, incorporating anti-aging and antioxidant supplements, participating in high-intensity and weight training exercises, practicing mindfulness, and maintaining a generally focused and productive mindset.
